Dominic is a seasoned professional with almost two decades of experience in digital marketing and ad technology. He began his career in ad operations and technology roles at global agencies: OMD, Mediacom, and Razorfish. At Flashtalking, one of the most successful UK Ad Tech startups to date, Dominic excelled in various senior positions over a 10 year period. Dom specialised in solutions engineering, ecosystem integrations and business development. Dom has worked closely with some of the largest advertisers including TUI, O2, BA, Jet.com, American Express, Verizon, Telstra, Flutter Group and P&G in areas including advanced measurement, ad serving, data activation and identity solutions. Later, Dominic joined Innovid, a leading CTV delivery and measurement specialist, where he served as the VP of Global Enterprise Solutions, working with broadcast partners including Channel 4 and brands such as Apple, GSK and Mondelez.
Dominic’s expertise and thought leadership has been showcased in both trade press publications and speaking engagements in Europe and the US. His area of specialism is Ad Tech architecture and its effective application in broader marketing efforts.
Having held leadership positions in Europe, North America and Australia, Dominic is able to draw from a reservoir of global experience when working with his portfolio of clients.

Joseph has over 20 years experience in marketing and technology, consulting for major brands and Martech companies. He served as Chief Product Officer at Flashtalking and, while at Omnicom and Publicis, he oversaw the technology implementations for high-profile clients including Vodafone, Sony, Virgin Atlantic, and easyJet. Most recently, Joseph was Practice Lead for Data and Technology at CvE- marketing growth consultancy, consulting on a range of brands, such as Dell, the BBC, and Boots.
Joseph’s skillsets lie in the evaluation, integration, deployment and effectiveness of digital platforms & marketing technologies, whether that be for full-stack products (GMP, Adobe) or best-of-breed integrations. Joseph has overseen and consulted across multiple business cases and tech vendor RFIs in the Mar Tech space. This is not just an evaluation of the tech level of expertise, but an understanding of the core capabilities required of the organisation to operate and integrate multiple platforms.
Joseph is an expert in building and roadmapping effective and adaptive tech stacks for a continually changing landscape, including privacy, identity resolution, audience strategy and effective measurement frameworks.
